| 1. To advance in the areas of leadership research, policy research, social research, opinion research, research methodologies as well as leadership and policy impact assessment; |

To promote cross-fertilization of ideas and collaborative public sector policy implementation interfaces aimed at more effectively translating policies from mere paper work to concrete social engineering by regularly organizing interactive round-table fora, conferences, sensitization and training workshops that would bring together public sector policy analysts and policy executors; |
| 3. To develop and promote public enlightenment and education in capacity building, leadership, policy implementation, good corporate governance and monitoring and evaluation; |
| 4. To promote the encouragement of excellence, development and preservation of noble national values, legacies, icons, monuments and good citizenship through institutionalizations, mobilization, orientation, education, public enlightenment, publications, historical compilations and documentaries; |
