Induction and Excellence Award

Recognizing and rewording excellence in leadership and policy implementation to encourage service-oriented political and cooperate governance.

1. To advance in the areas of leadership research, policy research, social research, opinion research, research methodologies as well as leadership and policy impact assessment;
2. To promote cross-fertilization of ideas and collaborative public sector policy implementation interfaces aimed at more effectively translating policies from mere paper work to concrete social engineering by regularly organizing interactive round-table fora, conferences, sensitization and training workshops that would bring together public sector policy analysts and policy executors;
3. To develop and promote public enlightenment and education in capacity building, leadership, policy implementation, good corporate governance and monitoring and evaluation;
4. To promote the encouragement of excellence, development and preservation of noble national values, legacies, icons, monuments and good citizenship through institutionalizations, mobilization, orientation, education, public enlightenment, publications, historical compilations and documentaries;
5. To promote training programs aimed at enhancing leadership quality, productivity, policy thrust understanding and implementation and skill acquisition e.t.c, and to award participants certificates of attendance;
6. To promote sanity and quality standardization in services and products delivery by the public and organized private sectors through monitoring, evaluation and enforcement in liaison with government regulatory agencies and the judicial system; and To do all such other things as may be considered incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
